From Mnemonic Words

Open the webwallet under https://webwallet.hydrachain.org.

Select the menu option Restore from Mnemonic and enter your 12 mnemonic words. Make sure you enter the seed words correctly (with no typos or additional blank spaces). Then click the green CONFIRM button:

After entering the password, you will see the View Wallet Info page. Verify that the expected address was accessed.

The password determines your wallet address. The same seed words with different passwords will result in different wallet addresses. Therefore, entering a wrong password here will still give you access to a wallet, but it will be different to the one you originally created.
